Exploring Creative Financing, with Ron Brooks, Jr.

Episode 10:

Ron Brooks, Jr. has dedicated his life to connecting people to resources! Born in Chicago, IL, to Ron Sr. and Barbara Brooks, Ron grew up in Memphis, TN, in a loving household with two younger siblings. With sports as a passion, including basketball and football, Ron maximized his athletic talents throughout his childhood and into his college years. That is also when he became a banker and parlayed that into a 17-year banking career.

Along this journey, Ron married his love Kimberly, and they have three daughters ages 11, 10, and 8. Concurrent to his banking career, in 2007, Ron began investing in real estate as a buy and hold investor as well as wholesaling property with a network of property buyers nationwide. Ron embodies the company mission of good stewardship to the community by coaching and mentoring investors to serve as good fiduciaries while creating long-lasting cash flow.

Ron also hosts a weekly podcast that focuses on sharing best practices and inspiration. Author of Legacy Livin’, Ron participates on several local boards, volunteers in the Memphis area, plus he and his dad still hold the record in Lisle, IL, for the biggest Ferris wheel built out of straws!

“You are the best you that ever will exist, so operate as such every day,” Ron states.
